Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You may not: use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to scrape content.
You own your data (quiz answers, compliance records, uploaded documents). We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGONIST DEVELOPMENT AB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THIS SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COMPLIANCE FAILURES, REGULATORY FINES, OR BUSINESS LOSSES.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
